Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the case of:

Damaged or Defective Products

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
  • You must provide a clear unboxing video or images as proof.
  • After verification, we will process a replacement or refund, as applicable.

  • Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as:
    • Change of mind
    • Product dissatisfaction after use
    • Opened or used packaging
