Reporting Damages or Defects

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or cut, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by contacting our customer support via email. Your notification must include clear photographic and/or video evidence showing the defect or damage.

  • Upon receipt of your evidence, we will evaluate the claim.
  • If the damage or defect is verified, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement at our discretion.
  • Claims reported after the 3-day window will not be accepted.
